As soon as the package has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. There you will also find one or more tracking numbers that you can use to track the current status of your package. There is also the time at which the parcel is expected to be delivered. If the parcel delivery service does not find you at home, you can use the tracking function to see whether the parcel has been handed in to a neighbor or a branch, for example.

You will receive a tracking number by email once the order is sent out, you will be able to track the order status at the end of the page by clicking “Track Your Order”.
